Early Table Restaurant Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions carefully ("Terms and Conditions") which govern the use by you of EarlyTable.ie (the "Site"). Once read, please save or print a copy for your records. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between us relating to the use of the Site. Early Table is provided by Hospitality Concepts Ltd. Hospitality Concepts Ltd acts always as an agent (or sub-agent as mentioned below) on behalf of restaurant providers in the arrangement of reservations for Early Table qualifying members. Hospitality Concepts Ltd has its' registered office at Unit 3 Argyle Square, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 hereafter "Hospitality Concepts".
Your restaurant agrees to the following terms of service:

Managing your Bookings
You will be granted admin access to manage your bookings and table availability. It is your responsibility to block out days, times, bank holidays or special occasions when you do not wish to receive Early Table bookings. You accept responsibility and have control over your availability.

Receiving Early Table Bookings
Your bookings for Early Table will be sent to you via email. You confirm that you will monitor your steam of bookings and honour them. In the event that an error occurs (for example - you are closed on the day in question) you will contact the Early Table customer to arrange to cancel or reschedule the booking.

Notice Period for Termination
If you wish to remove your listing from Early Table, you agree to provide a minimum of 7 days' notice and to honour any bookings that have been made up to that date.

No-Shows
Early Table will notify Customers that failure to show up for a booking may result in a no-show fee at the discretion of the venue. We will provide contact details for the customer and the restaurant can decide if it wishes to pursue the matter directly with the customer.

Support
If you encounter any difficulties using the Early Table admin platform or require help amending your availability you can contact us via email at info@earlytable.ie. We will assist you in amending your schedule as necessary.

Tipping
We will request all Early Table users to calculate their tip based on the pre-discounted bill presented by the restaurant. This is to ensure staff are not penalised.
