What is Early Table?

Early Table is a restaurant discovery platform offering up to 50% off food at our partner restaurants. It’s the perfect incentive for food lovers to try new and exciting restaurants while saving money. While the best deals on Early Table are generally available at off-peak times, you can also secure deals at peak times each day.

How does it work?

Members use Early Table to browse and book restaurants and other eateries. All participating venues offer a food discount of up to 50% off food.  Start by registering free of charge, then add some Credits to your account. To book a table, use 1 credit for each diner. For example, a Table for 2 will cost you 2 Credits.  On arrival present the QR Code on your Confirmation email. Your discount will be automatically processed for you at when you ask for your bill.

Where can I find a list of participating restaurants?

Visit and filter by date and location to find restaurants near you. You’ll find a range of wonderful venues and we are adding to this list every week.

Are both food and drinks discounted?

The Early Table discount is a food only offer, drinks are charged at full price.

What are Credits and how do I use them?

You pay for your Early Table bookings using Credits. You can purchase your Credits any time, just make sure you have enough to cover your booking, use 1 Credit for each diner. So a Table for 3 requires 3 Credits, a Table for 6 requires 6 Credits. Please note that Credits are used to secure your table, they are NOT deducted from your bill. The restaurant will deduct your discount when you ask for your bill.

Do credits expire?

Credits issued to your account expire 12 months after their issue date. Please ensure to utilize your credits within this timeframe to avoid expiration and loss of credit value. If you have any questions regarding credit expiry or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for further clarification.

Are there any Special Conditions or Exclusions?

Some of our restaurants have Special Conditions attached to their Early Table offer. This allows them to offer the deep discount that Early Table users expect. For example an expensive dish may carry a small surcharge supplement. Any dishes not available on the deal will be noted under 'Special Conditions' which are listed on your email confirmation. You must accept these Conditions prior to confirming your booking.

How many can I book for?

Early Table reservations are for groups of two to eight people including children of all ages. If you would like to book for more than eight, please email Early Table or the Restaurant directly to make the request.

I’m a solo diner – can I dine on Early Table?

Unfortunately, our deal does not apply to tables of one. 

If I have been given a Membership Code or a Membership Link, what do I do?

If your employer sent you a Credit Code it means you have complimentary Credits. You must first register - to do this CLICK HERE and insert the code. If you were sent a Membership Link, simply click it and register – any Credits that are being given to you will be automatically added to your account. Visit your Dashboard to see how many Credits you have.

What happens if I arrive late at the restaurant venue?

The Early Table offer is only available for the date and time you’ve booked. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, it is at the discretion of the restaurant whether they will honour your booking or not. This condition is there to ensure we’re creating a win-win environment where both diners AND restaurants enjoy clear benefits.

How do I get my booking confirmation?

Your booking confirmation is emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if it has not been received.

How do I cancel or amend my reservation?

You can cancel your booking through 'my account' up to two hours before your booking. After this time, please call the restaurant directly.  Your booking credits are non transferable to another booking. If you wish to change your booking to an alternative restaurant you must cancel and book again. This will incur a loss of your credits of your original booking.  

Is there a minimum spend?

No, unless the specific venue requests a minimum spend. Generally you can spend as much or as little as you like – your food bill will be discounted by up to 50% off at the end of the meal.

Is Early Table available on public holidays or over Christmas?

Yes the web site is live 24/7 but the restaurant will decide exclusively what days and times they make available on Early Table.

Can I combine Early Table bookings for large groups?

You can book as many tables as you like. Booking multiple tables and combining them is at the discretion of the restaurant. You will need to call the restaurant directly to enquire.

Can I send Early Table to someone as a gift?

Yes, you can purchase an Early Table Credit package, and email this to anyone as a gift. They can then set up an account and simply add the Credits to their account using the link on the Credits page.

Can Early Table Membership be given as a Corporate Perk or Reward?

Yes, we are happy to offer discounted membership to Early Table if an organisation would like to use it as a perk or reward. Employers love Early Table because it offers excellent value and is not subject to BIK tax. Visit our Membership page for more.
