Dash Burger opened as Ireland's first smash burger restaurant in 2020 and has been doing things their own way ever since. The menu is built around creative smash burgers with a signature crispy-edged technique, crispy fries, super tendies, house sauces and a solid craft beer lineup. The Capel Street spot is their bigger location with more seating, beers on tap and a summer terrace that's worth knowing about when the weather plays ball. No fuss, just good burgers done properly.
